love the fabric, customer service needs improvement

I ordered 10 yards of the minky and requested that it be cut in 2 yard pieces. This was my first order. Not only was it not cut as I requested, but it was in a huge tangled up mess in the box. I don't have a table large enough to spread out 10 yards of fabric so it was very time consuming to untangle the ball. I love the fabric and have a need to purchase more but hesitant to buy from fashionfabricla after this experience.
