We understand that shopping for fabrics online may be difficult. In order to help satisfy our customers, Fashion Fabrics does accept returns as long as claims are made within 10 days of receipt. There will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your order and buyer is responsible to pay for returning shipping. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code, before mailing the item back to us.
Items that have been cut, altered, washed, or used items will not be accepted for a return.
For international orders, we will not be responsible to refund any customs / duty fee's or any brokerage fees.
DAMAGED, DEFECTED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
In the event that you have received a damaged, defected or incorrect order, please contact us immediately with the item you have received along with your order number. Once we obtain the information, we will respond with a solution to the issue. If we are at fault, we will provide a return label to you to return the item back to us. Please note, damaged or defected item does not apply to items that have wrinkles. Also, please keep in mind that images may look different due to setting on monitor screen. We strongly encourage our customers to obtain samples prior to ordering.
