This faux leather vinyl fabric is just the thing for both villains and heroes alike. Whether you're channeling Darth Vader, Batman, or some other dark-hued character, this heavy-duty fabric adds gravity Capes flow--no billowing about willy-nilly with every step you take (like some lighter, cheap fabrics do). Can also be used to equally great effect on the rest of your costume: gloves, chest pieces, pants, cowls, etc. Best of all, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, nor do you get that strong smell that sometimes accompanies real leather. Easy to cut, and won't unravel, so hems can be shorter or (in the case of capes) not at all.

It’s thicker than I expected. I was going to use it to make a fanny pack but I may only be able to make like the front panel with this, no way it could bend enough for a zipper insert 😭. It’s beautiful though. Five stars because it’s exactly as described, and really pretty. Ppl should just know it’s really a quite thick material, contrary to how it may look in the pic
