Material is very realistic looking. Part of this light beige but the center part is a a medium brown. I haven't used it yet but it appears to be very durable. I looked at a lot of different places for this, and this one was the top three other fabric stores.

I was very skeptical about ordering fabric online without having seen this in person. I was blown away by the turn around time/delivery, response from customer service, and the product itself. This fabric is amazing in quality, appearance, and thickness. If 10 stars was an option I would select this option.
