Is this clear vinyl with a little frost on it? I'm looking for what I used to order from another company, but I can't remember who it is. Is it thick enough to cover upholstered kitchen chairs? I don't want it so thick that it's too hard to work with. The stuff I used to buy wasn't "sticky" when you sit on it with shorts on like regular clear vinyl fabric is. i'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for contacting Fashion Fabrics! Item is a frosted Plastic Vinyl Fabric, which does not feel "sticky". Typically the thickness that is used for upholstery coverings would be 8 Gauge or 12 Gauge. 8 Gauge is thinner than 12 Gauge.
