Which way do the stripes go? Across the width or long wise ?
At a width of 60", the stripes are horizontal.

How wide are the stripes? ie the black and then the white? This fabric color looks grey... is it truly black and white. I want to use on chairs that will be outside and in the sun.
The stripes are approximately 2 1/2". The black stripes are not a true jet black, but more of a charcoal black.
